My primary focus is on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. While I don’t provide ongoing formal psychotherapy, I do incorporate supportive discussion and basic talk therapy into sessions to help address concerns and guide treatment. I may also recommend bibliotherapy resources (books and reading materials) to support your progress between sessions.
Yes. Appointments are available both in-person and virtually for your convenience.
After you contact me to schedule, I’ll follow up with the next steps for onboarding. If you’re planning to use insurance, I’ll verify your coverage first. You’ll then complete an intake form before your first visit. Once that’s done, we’ll meet either virtually or in person for your initial session.
The first session is a comprehensive evaluation where we review your history, current concerns, and goals. From there, we create a personalized treatment plan. This may include medication management and supportive discussion. If more structured psychotherapy would be helpful, I can provide referrals to trusted therapists to complement your care.

What My Patient Says?
Super smooth process. Dr. Lee’s office is set up with great tech, so he got all my info straight through Zocdoc—no need to fill out the same paperwork over again. He was on time for our first appointment and right away showed more genuine interest in my mental health than other doctors I’ve seen for years.
I started seeing him for medication management after moving from out of state, and he walked me through transferring my prescriptions over from my old provider without any hassle. Honestly, it was the easiest first appointment I’ve ever had, and he made me feel comfortable right from the start. Definitely would recommend him.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any provider. I’ve honestly never met someone with such a genuine, compassionate bedside manner. I’d absolutely recommend Blaine Robert Lee, NP to anyone looking for a psych.
When I was getting my first script filled, there were a bunch of hiccups—not his office’s fault, just the usual insurance and pharmacy headaches. Through every step, I could message him directly and he got back to me right away. Not having to wait days leaving voicemails or sitting on hold was such a huge relief. He made the whole thing way less stressful and never once made me feel like I was a bother.
On top of that, my first appointment went really smoothly. Even when I had to reschedule last minute, he was able to see me the very next morning without any issue. He’s extremely kind and understanding—5 stars all around.

If you want someone who really listens, genuinely cares, and can even make you laugh when you need it, Blaine is the one. It’s rare to find a provider who can make tough conversations feel approachable while also being so clinically competent—but Blaine is that rare mix. After our first appointment I felt completely at ease and knew I was in good hands. I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you, Blaine!

It’s rare to meet a provider (or even just a person) as communicative and responsive as Blaine. He was incredibly helpful and full of knowledge—he gave me all the information I needed to make decisions and then followed up proactively to be sure I was taken care of. I honestly can’t recommend him enough.

Dr. (nurse) Blaine was very kind. He listened to my opinion but also shared his own, which I really appreciated. I’ve been dismissed by a lot of doctors over the years, but he genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me—not just right now, but for the long run too. Hard to even put into words what a relief that was.
